Does anyone know who these two designers are? Why did the video give names to go with the faces.

Do not recognize the first designer.
The second one is Jason Tondro, who was the Project Lead for the Deck of Many Things and editor of the OD&D reprint history book. He worked at Paizo, did a bunch of Pathfineer and Starfinder stuff.
