Two, really:
One, does anyone know what Toril looks like beyond Faerun, in Ed Greenwood's campaign? According to his original map, at least from what I can tell, the Faerun of the gray box--and pretty much the FRCS--is Greenwood's Faerun, with only minor exceptions (e.g. you can see the Moonshaes taped on). But what about beyond Faerun? Has Ed said anything? I read somewhere that he hadn't really mapped beyond the Sword Coast, Heart Lands, Dale Lands etc, until they were putting together the gray box, but I'm wondering what he had (or has) in mind for off the map.
Two, does anyone know if--or to what degree--Ed incorporated TSR and WotC changes to the Forgotten Realms into his own home campaign? (Not sure if he still DMs, or not).
