Grackle "Grubeater" Granitetop, gnome sorcerer 9
Grackle doesn't even notice much of the earlier talking, just daydreaming and making funny faces at the corridor of mist. Finally, as the others go to find a resting spot, Grackle follows along and sets up his bedroll near them, placing the weasel on watch before he goes to sleep. The weasel prowls around in circles and chitters a bit, waving his forelegs around and bobbing his head, making a big fuss over something, until finally settling down and letting Grackle fall asleep.
When he finally wakes up, Grackle yawns and mutters "Rock not so soft, Admiral. Rock good, but not good for Grackle's sleep." The weasel snaps some remark back at him, with a sharp gesture of one forepaw, and Grackle groans. He packs up his gear again and does some stretches, before looking to the others for directions on what to do next. As the others start talking again, the gnome mutters "Grackle no good at opening stuff 'less it opens when it goes BOOM. Grackle's still learning sud-dul-tee. Or somefin'," while looking downcast.
