Four arms. Four swords. How many times can I hit you?

OK, I am designing a Thri-Kreen Fighter (MM II version) as an adversary for my players. He will be using a scimitar in each of his four hands, I have taken the multidexterity feat and the multiweapon fighting feat as well as weapon focus and weapon specialization for the scimitar. If he is an eighth level fighter with an 18 str how many times can he attack when taking the full attack action.

Is it:

+13 melee (+10 class and race, +4 str, +1 WF, -2 multiweapon) with each scimitar (damage 1d8+6)

Total of 4 attacks

Or is it:

+13/+8 with primary scimitar (damage 1d8+6) and then 3 scimitars as an off hand(s) attack at +13 melee with damage (1d8+4)

Total of 5 attacks

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

5 Attacks. You're using the off hand weapon rules, but are adding more off hand attacks. That's what multidex does for you.

Primary is at normal iterative BAB.

Just give the thing Improved Multiweapon Fighting - +13/+8 with the primary scimitar, and +13/+8 with each additional scimitar, for a total of 8 attacks. That'll teach 'em.

(Want scary? An Epic-level Marilith with Perfect Multiweapon Fighting - 4 attacks with each arm, plus a tail slam. That's 25 attacks. Ow.)

It's a non-epic feat from the Epic Level Handbook (along with Greater Multiweapon Fighting, and the epic feat Perfect Multiweapon Fighting).
