Figuring (correctly, it seems) that others would cover Human, it's Elf-Dwarf-Hobbit (a.k.a. Halfling) for me.

Had I two more votes they'd have gone to Half-Elf and Human, two more after that would cover Half-Orc and (reluctantly) Gnome, and the rest can all go do what they're best at: be monsters for the killin'. :)
 

Elf, Tiefling, Goblin.

All incredibly flexible and able to be portrayed in countless entertaining ways, while still being more interesting than humans!
