Full attack with more weapons

I don't think you'll find this clearly stated in the rules, but it's the only way you can do it because otherwise you'd have to retoractively apply bonuses/penalties after even knowing if you hit or not. Obviously that's a bit ludicrous, so Caliban is correct.
Go read the Full Attack Action again Artoomis. It gives you the option of stopping after the first attack and moving (basically changing to a standard attack action).

The Standard Action doesn't give you the option of changing it to a Full Attack Action after your attack.

Feats like Rapid Shot and TWF can only be used when taking the full action, and apply penalties to all your attacks. So the penalties would apply to your first attack, even if you choose not to make all the attacks available to you.

Nevermind, I wasn't thinking straight. Hand crossbows are still worthless. You can get the same damage from daggers without having to use an exotic weapon proficiency, and daggers can switch easily from melee to ranged if need be.

As the rogue gets hand crossbow as a rogue weapon. It allows you to deliver that dagger damage at a much cheaper price. Also, you can enchant that hand crossbow to actually do more damage overall then the dagger.
