Most of y'all probably know we have a new game shop in D.C., Labyrinth. The owner, Kathleen Donohue, is a very cool person and we want to see her succeed. The store's selection of RPGs is small right now, but decent, and she'll bring on more titles as demand dictates -- she's mostly aiming at the board game and puzzle market, which is a big part of the D.C. area purchasing demographic

To help her out, and to generate new foot traffic into her store, and just to break the store in for community events, Fred Hicks of Evil Hat and Dave Chalker of Critical-Hits.com are sponsoring "A Taste of Gamma World" at the store on Saturday, December 18th, from 200pm to 600pm. Fred, Dave, and I will be running three games of Gamma World 4e during that time, for anyone who wants to try it out, or just wants some GW goodness. Future "A Taste Of..." events will also happen at the store, with tentative suggestions being Fiasco and Leverage, among several others.
