GenCon 2005 Events!

Yep. Lots of us are arriving Wednesday afternoon/evening, and are getting together to hang out, drink beer, and play board/card games to unwind from our drive/flight to Indy.

Are any of you all going to the GenCon Stink??

Probably not, as I don't post on the GenCon boards (at least, I haven't this year). Where is it being held? I know some people who might be there, so maybe I'll swing by to say hello.

Don't know yet. Possibly start at a restaurant for dinner, then head to one of the hotel lobbys to grab a few tables and break out the games. When we get a better idea, we'll start a thread. Another option is for us to leave a note taped to the ENnie Awards table (it'll be in the hallway outside the dealers room again) indicating where we will be.

You're welcome to use the Canadiana Suite as a place to meet up with peeps, but it is fairly small, so if there's much of a crowd we'll encourage you to move downstairs (where the manager's reception provides free booze!)

In the pickup games thread, we have discussed having some sort of informal hangout on Wednesday night. Would the Canadiana Suite be a good venue for this or do we need to arrange something different?

At the Embassy Suites, 5pm till 7pm, free liquor and beer for hotel guests...I love my Embassy Suites.

As far as me? A Dirty Jesus would've been true 6 years ago when I had the hair and beard.
