Going Mad Looking for a Feat

CyberSpyder

First Post
It seems remarkably simple, but I've not been met with success thusfar. There was a feat mentioned, I think on this board (but possibly on one of two others), that was supposed to allow one to add their wisdom modifier to damage rolls (possibly only with melee weapons, possibly only with unarmed strike). Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find the post that mentioned it, and the only such feat I've been able to find is one in the Netbook of Feats that requires strength 11+, which slightly defeats the purpose.

So, is that the only such one that exists and I just have to live with the requirements? Or is there another one which doesn't require high levels in the stat it's replacing?

I know it's not an exact match to what you're describing but memory can be a funny thing sometimes..

I wonder if you're thinking of the Zen Archery feat from Sword and Fist? It allows you to use Wis instead of Dex to hit with ranged attacks.

Intuitive Strike (or attack, don't know for sure) from The Book of Exalted Deeds is the one you're looking for I think. It's adds you're Wis modifier to attacks. Don't know the exact prereq's (don't have my books with me) but I'm pretty sure that it's an exalted feat and thus you'll at the least have to be good to take it.

You might be thinking of Eagle Claw Attack (updated for 3.5e in Complete Warrior), which allows you to add your Wisdom bonus to damage rolls against objects, if I remember correctly.

Instinctive Strike allows you to add Wis to damage in place of Str, with one weapon. It's about 2 years old now.
This is (more or less) what I was looking for, at least in terms of prerequisites and effects. I could have sworn someone had said something like it was part of a published book, though. :( Ah, well.

Nope, you were right in the first place- and I, too, tried like crazy to find the original thread with no luck! I think it must have been moved or deleted for some reason.

Anyway, there were two feats mentioned, along with Vow of Poverty. The first feat added WIS bonus to attack and the second feat added WIS bonus to damage. Both of them are in the Book of Exalted Deeds, apparently. I have mine on order, so I cannot give you more than that! (But, be assured, your memory was correct about the other thread! ;) )

I believe that this book (although I do not own it so I can not be sure), Forbidden Kingdoms d20 rpg, containes a feat that does what you are looking for since it includes the Skills and Feats Martial Arts system which I know has such a feat. The feats is called Zen Damage if I remember correctly.
