Good spell to cast via Miracle for my evil cleric?

Second Waves of Exhaustion. -6 Str and Dex with no save as a 7th level spell should really blunt his offense. Bonus if you can hit any other PCs with it. (60 ft. cone.)
Personally I don't think Forcecage or Avasculate are good cricket.

Although I might suggest Fleshshiver, also from the SpC. Stuns at least, with a chance of damage and long-lasting crippling. Also suitably evil in-character effects. Reciprocal Gyre is also a good suggestion. I'm kind of expecting this Paladin to have really great saves, though.

Also, I have another offensive idea. If the Paladin is heavily buffed with spells, Reciprocal Gyre (SpC) is pretty sweet damage, and the save only halves it.

If people back away he gets none of that to touch ac.

Watch his rolls... that hit seems like fudging.
