Good TV Shows

I just picked up a tivo, and need to discover new shows to record. I've currently got the standards on there like Battlestar, Stargates, MI-5, and some random others. I'm looking for any shows really, and don't necessarily need to stick to just fantasy or sci-fi. I have an extended cable subscription and HBO package.

It's got a bunch of good shows (many of which aren't on anymore... but it's a good place to start).

I'm a big fan of Arrested Development, Scrubs, Alias, and Law and Order (the original and ONLY the original ).

I've wanted to check out Rescue Me for a while now. I just put that into my online account thingy and since I have it hooked up to my home network it'll be updated in about 5 minutes. This tivo thing is pretty good.

Did you watch The Next Food Network Star? My buddy Hans Rueffert was one of the chefs competing on the show. Made it to the final 3, too.

Will I be able to watch a show off my tivo while the tv is recording a new show? Say I wanna watch a show I have on there at 10, and at 10 there's also something I have scheduled to record.
