Grabbing & attack bonuses

Can someone spare the time to explain to me how the various attack bonuses for grabbing stack or not?

Lets say I'm a level 7 brawling fighter with

1) the improved grab feat
2a) some +2 spiked gauntlets
2b) some wrestlers gloves
3) a sash of ensnarement

What is my attack bonus when I take the grab action?
What is my attack bonus when I use grappling strike?
(please supply a break down of how these add up)

Thanks!

1) Is a feat bonus
2a) Is a hands slot item bonus
2b) Is a hands and weapons slot +2 enhancement bonus (+2 proficiency)
3) Sash of Ensnarement has no attack bonus at all so it's irrelevant here

So everything should stack if they're reasonable.

(webrunner has 2a and 2b reversed)

1. +4 feat bonus at 7th level
2a. +2 enhancement and +2 proficiency, but not sure how this helps because grab says "Do not add any weapon modifiers."
2b. +1 item bonus
3. increases reach to 2, but otherwise doesn't apply to attack bonus

Now, assuming you have strength 20, you get +5 for strength and +3 for level, so your total bonus is +15 (str, level, feat, gloves, and +2 for brawling style).

Note you can't use both the spiked gauntlets and gloves and I don't think the gauntlets apply at all.

I think since Grappling Strike is not a grab attack, you'd add in your Strength mod, 1/2 level, spiked gauntlet proficiency, and enhancement bonus (5+3+2+2) for +12.

Also at that level you get a +2 enhancement bonus to unarmed strikes, so you wouldn't need magical spiked gauntlets to get that +2 to hit.
