Grappling the "blinked"

Yet another perplexing question (at least to Grundle) is just that.

Can a Blinking creature be grappled?

If not, shouldn't every wizard have a stilled Blink spell in his back pocket to escape from almost certain death in the arms of those annoying wrestler types?

Dimention Door is more effective for getting away from a grapple and dosn't require still spell. It's hardly a game breaker.

However, the original question still stands. Is it even possible to grapple some who is blinking?

Can you hold on to someone who is not even on the material plane for half the time?

When they rematerialize will they be automatically shunted off to the nearest unoccuppied space - effectively breaking any grapple?
