Great Hero Showdown Round 3 (Tiebreaker Round!)

Dang you, Drothgery. I actually had about 3/4 of the votes tallied before I saw your reply. ;)

Oh well, thanks anyway!

Round 4 matches after I can decide on a way for ENWorlders to break the Superman/Odysseus tie.

Maybe let them both advance, as they both got more votes than either Sheridan or The Hulk?

I second this. Even though Odysseus would be winning if I had remembered to vote in this round, they both deserve to advance more than Sheridan or The Hulk.

I, dunno, drothgery - is Robin Hood over Picard really an upset? He's been a really popular folk hero from several hundreds of years...

Besides, Picard *was* Robin Hood at one point. Anyone remember "Q-Pid"

I say take Templetrolls vote for Odysseus as the tie breaker

That's just changing the problem into a different one; if you count his vote, then John Sheridan and The Hulk are tied instead of Superman and Odysseus.

I recommend letting both Superman and Odysseus advance.

Superman is the first Super Hero. Without him, superheroes would not exist.

Odysseus is one of the classic heroes of greek mythology.

I'd say drop Sheridan and the Hulk instead of Superman and Odysseus.

Okay folks, beginning now, anybody who has not yet voted can cast a vote for either Superman or Odysseus. This tiebreaker round will last for one day, and will end on the afternoon on Monday, September 4 (United States time). At the end of that time, the additional votes will be added to the current results to determine who the winner is.

So if you haven't voted yet, cast your vote! If you know people who haven't voted yet, tell them to cast theirs. :)

(By the way, I will choose to count Templetroll's vote for Odysseus as the first vote of the tiebreaker round)

Clever though Odysseus may be, I'm a fan of the Big Blue Boy Scout.

Go Supes.

Though I won't be disappointed if Odysseus goes on; the both are certainly head and shoulders above Sheriden and the Hulk.
