It is weird to say "North Kingdom", because it implies there is a "South Kingdom", where there is none. Maybe, the "North" here means "of the Northerners", which is basically what Norse (Norroenir) and Nordic means. In other words, the "North" is a proper name for a region, the Northern World, something like referring to the "West" in the sense of the Western World.

The spelling of the names Frutzi and Schnai look too German and too exonymic.
It is interesting that the map says "North Kingdom", makes me wonder how the text will explain that: they seem to be categorized rogether as the Ciking lands still.

Their names are all from the original Folio treatment, and fall under the same sophisticated and erudite linguistic principles that Gygax used to make the planet "Oerth" be pronounced like Bugs Bunny saying "Earth:.

I imagine that these adventures will be the ones named in the DMG.
That's my theory: we know that there are 5 aample Adventures using 15 Dungeon maps that are hooked up to Beyond, and these seem likely candidates:

"There’s plenty more ready-to-use content in the new DMG, including several example adventures. These are presented in a streamlined notation format compared to published DnD adventures, to give new DMs an example that’s easier for them to use when creating their own homebrew content."

I dunno. It makes a REALLY easy bad guy group. Everyone loves punching Nazis. I'm currently running a deep dive into Greyhawk with a bunch of complete neophytes to the setting. Dumped them into a village that worships the Hopping Prophet.

It was an... interesting encounter to say the least.

My assumption is that the secret society is still there, but the Shar Kingdom is the nominal front that would have relations with other countries.

IIRC, Shar is supposedly "purity" in the ancient Suloise language.

A setting should be seeded with sources of conflict, and not all conflict is open combat.
Yes. But. There cant be a demonization of entire ethnic group. It would be like referring to Germany as Naziland, God forbid.

An Evil faction is fine with me. Some are, but not everyone is.

There is no reason to assume "purity" means "racial purity". There are many other kinds of purity. The reallife name Pakistan relating to "pak" means the "pure state".
