Section II: Lingo

Anarchs. Media term for any super powered individual who does not obey the laws, or is considered a menace to society.

Archons. Media term for any super powered individual who strictly obeys the laws or is considered a benefit to society.

Earth.NRK.Zeta. Planet Earth. Dimensional coordinate NRK. Alternate time-line designation Zeta.

Lycanthropes. Lycanthropes are individuals with a supernatural gift that grants them the ability to assume the form of an animal, a bipedal monstrous beast, and a sapian form. Contrary to popular belief, lycanthropy is not a blood born disease, nor is it a curse. However, strangely, the belief that lycanthropes are affected by certain metals, mineral, and plant-life is routed in truth.

Therians. Therians are individuals who carry a defective 'lycanthropy' gene that causes the individual to have animal-like physical features without any of the supernatural abilities exhibited by lycanthropes. Due to the nature of the defective lycanthropy gene, Therian bloodlines tend to suffer from "generational dilution."

Vampires. Vampires are undead supernatural entities that sustain their unnatural state by feeding on the life force of a living individuals. Although vampires are non-living organisms, known vampires are generally treated with the same regard as their living counterparts as long as they are not obtaining sustenance through criminal means or are responsible for the death of an individual they fed upon.


Section III: Locations
[Los Angeles Coliseum[/b]. Originally commissioned as a memorial for the veterans of WWI, this coliseum most recently was the site of the Los Angeles City Carnival, and the Zoo-Keeper's attempted assassination of the Los Angeles Mayor.

Los Angeles, California. In most dimensions, Los Angeles became one of the largest cities in the United States as a result of the city's aggressive expansionist policies. However, on Earth.NRK.Zeta, the city of Los Angeles failed to gain coastal access through annexation, and as a result became a land locked city. An other difference, is that unlike the Los Angeles of Earth.Prime, the San Fernando Valley's attempt as secession were successful.

New Hope City, California. New Hope City is a coastal metropolis that was originally found in the 1770s by Spanish missionaries who named their settlement, Nueva Esperanza, a name which remained until the Mexican-American war when Brigham Young's Mormon Battalion captured the town and rechristened it New Hope City. Over time, New Hope City has grown to incorporate many of of the towns and cities that make up the southern portions of Los Angeles County.

Salton City, California. Salton City has a population of approximately 25,000 people and is located along the shores of the Salton Sea within the Colorado Desert. This city was selected to be the setting of the inaugural season of the popular reality tv-series, ____ Needs Heroes! and is protected by the Salton City Stars.

Staples Center. The site of the 10th annual PowerCon and the Cluster Duck's primary assault.

Watts Towers. A famed set of towers located in Watts, California that was built by local artist Sam Rodia. These towers were used in the Cluster Duck's plot to turn Los Angeles population into ducks.

Section IV: Persons of Interest.


Civilians
Dr. Maxwell Ironi. Dr. Ironi is current CEO and co-founder of Dark Star Incorporated. Prior to establishing DSI, Dr. Ironi's was known to have been a top researcher who worked in Los Alamos National Laboratory on DARPA on various classified projects. According to Bob Lazar, a popular conspiracy theorist, Dr. Ironi's primary research focused on xeno-biology and xeno-technology.

Dr. Elizabeth Zonia. Dr. Elizabeth Zonia is the current CEO of New World Industries. Dr. Zonia has a genius level intellect and is considered the foremost experts in advanced robotics within the United States.

Mayor Anton Villianosa. The Mayor of Los Angeles, who was a target of the Cluster Duck's assassination plot. The Mayor is a fame chasing perpetual drunk, and is known to be ornithophobic.


Known Archons and Heroic Groups and Organizations
Bandage Boy. A junior member of the USHA. Was blamed for the Cluster Duck's attack on the Staple Center due to his "inability to act heroic enough to stop the assault."

Civilian Armed Tactical Squad. C.A.T squad is an all female group of crime fighters that operates out of the Palos Verdes area of New Hope City. The members of this group include the Violet, Psi-Anna, Candy Striper, and Sandy Striker. Each of CAT Squad's members, except Psi-Anna, are therians.

Unconventional Heroes. The media's name for the protagonists of this series.

United Nations Super Heroic Team Initiative. The UNSHTI is a project overseen by the Peace Keeper with the aims of training super heroes to be part of a UN mandated international team of super heroes. It is believed that the members of UNSHTI are beholden only to the United Nations security council.

United Super Hero Alliance. The USHA is a super-hero super-group based out of New York City. Is considered be one of the longest running crime fighting organizations and dates back to the Korean War. USHA's primary members are The Peace Keeper, Captain Superior, the Green Giant, Lady Love Craft, and Miss Robotica. IT should be noted that Lady Love Craft and Captain Superior are considered Anarchs by many.


Known Anarchs, Villains, Villainous Groups and Organizations
Cluster Duck. Richardo Montoya, a former animal trainer for the Los Angeles Zoo turned eco-terrorist. The Cluster Duck has the ability to create "amoebic clones" of himself that he can telepathically communicate to through a Hivemind network. The Cluster Duck was working alongside a mysterious benefactor that granted him access to transmogrifier carbine capable of turning its victims into avians.

Justice Kill-Shot. An infamous vigilante who murdered OJ Simpson after an epic battle in the heart of Hollywood California that occurred during the climax of the OJ's Bronco chase.

Zoo-Keeper. James Red-Deer, a former zoo-keeper for the Los Angeles Zoo who turned into the eco-terrorist partner of the Cluster Duck. The Zoo-Keeper has the ability to transform into any animal (dead or living) he comes into contact with.



Section V: Corporations and Other Organizations.
Dark Star Incorporated. Dark Star Inc. is a advanced technologies research corporation headquartered in Los Angeles California. DSI is reputed as being as being a "double dealing" military contractor due to their connection with various defense contractors throughout the world. DSI has become an object of speculation due to the various enigmatic comments from the corporation's CEO.

My Tea Productions. My Tea Production was the company responsible for producing many super hero reality-tv series including, Loving Lady Lovecraft, Salton City Needs Heroes!, and Extreme Ninja Make Over.

New World Industries. New World Industries is a multinational conglomerate that is headquartered in New Hope City, California. Due to its success in various markets, NWI and it's many subsidiaries is often criticized for its monopolistic practices and is rumored to be operating a secretive corporatocracy known as New World City.

Arac-Knight (Christopher A. Coleman)

Arac-Knight was genetically engineered as a prototype of a new super-soldier. All abilities were boosted to above average rank with incredible close combat abilities. A bonus to the possible missions were the deletion of the need to sleep, climbing gear or weapons. But they forgot something to delete: consciousness!
So he 'rebelled' against the wet-work missions. To expensive to waste, he was transferred to public relations, as proof, that the government can produce it's own 'heroes', not just soldiers...
