I am going to make a female based on what the daughter of Graz'zt and a nymph would look like. So what help can you give me and if I should post this a new post then let now that.

I'd be interested in seeing this.

Would the character have wings?

I don't see why- neither Graz'zt nor a nymph do.

What color would the skin of this female be (in other tell the exact color the skin but no for example grey but the exact shade of the skin)? I would like to keep the skin color from being unattractive if possible such as her skin being black.

Exotic skin colors are actually pretty darn sexy IMHO, and black skin is certainly not unattractive to some of us. You may want to reconsider the way that sounds.

Regardless, you can make her look like whatever you want.

I am thinking that this character has eyes that are sulfuric luminescent yellow orbs.

I know this character can fight. I also know she really loves wearing jewelry and wears lots of jewelry. I am thinking she do not wear any foot wear What should she wear if I want her to dress sexy (unless you think she should dress differently) from what I have said about her so far?

I am thinking she might be like Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde due to her mother being good and her father being pure evil. That means she has an evil side and a good side.

As both nymphs and Graz'zt are highly sensual, dressing to emphasize her sexiness makes sense. Perhaps she has delicate little painted hooves. I envision a character like you describe probably is something diaphanous and gauzy, like the witch on the cover of this Dragon Magazine; in fact, she might be a good starting point for the look you're after:

Here is what i so for on her description.

A statuesque woman walks in, moving with both surety and seduction. There is something sexy about the way she carries herself, a hidden power to her movements, but covered by a demure facade. She is voluptuous with white skin. Large black leathery wings flare from her back. The joints of the wings are laced with razorlike claws and adorned with jewelry. The wings crest three and-half feet higher than the shoulders and have a wingspan of twenty-one feet. The wings wrap around like a gown when she is not flying. Massive segmented horns start at the front of where her hairline starts and move over her head, to the back of her skull where they extend outward, curl, and come to a point. Her black hair has plenty of curls with the front tresses framed closer to her heart-shaped face. Her hair descends down her back down to the ground. Her face is angelic even with the horns. Her full, plump lips are a deep red, rebelling against her authority with their boldness. She wears a beautifully intricate gold heart shaped pendant on a matching chain. She stands with elegance; she is at home wherever she is. . A silver ring is worn on each thumb. A small ruby naval ring piercing her belly button. She wears vinyl panties. Her legs are long and shapely. Both of her hands have six fingers. Her long left arm holds a wicked looking longsword and her long right arm holds a wicked looking whip as they were extensions of her body. Her thick semi-prehensile ten feet long tail tapers to a thin whip that end in a spike-like stinger.

What fey would give me an attractive half-fiend female fey who has a Brachina as her mother? How would I figure out her starting out stats and how she would look like? Would this character be better of having her mother being an Erinye? If you think her mother should be an Erinye then help stat her out as being half-fiend Erinye fey. Also what help can give in figuring out how to go about describing her look?

Since Graz'zt is a demon and nyphs are fey, there's always a lot of room for random traits that don't match either parent.

Since neither Graz'zt nor nymphs have wings, that character probably should not have them either.
The skin of Graz'zt is black, nymphs have human-like skin. So everything between black and human color would make sense. Since in humans the skin color of a child is about midway between the parents, a dark brown probably would be the most probable thing.
Both Graz'zt and nymphs have hair, so the character should have it also.
Since Graz'zt is very tall, the character should be at least as tall as a nymph, but might also be taller than humans.
Graz'zt does have six fingers on each hand, that could be something this character also has. He also has small black horns, those could also be on the character.

Since both nymphs and Graz'zt look very human-like, the character would not look extremely unusual. But both parents have very high Dexterity and Charisma, so the character should have quite good scores in them as well.

Thraxxia is a half-fiendish daughter of the demon lord Graz'zt has batlike wings. Thraxxia has no succubus blood.

Graz'zt skin shines like polished obsidian. What shade of dark brown should her skin be? What about her eye color if Graz'zt's eyes glitter with malevolent green light. She will have fangs and six fingers on both of her hands like her father. I am going to make her seven feet tall. What is the deal with Graz'zt's legs?
