Halving the off-hand bonus - how far?

If I have a TWF rogue that has 3 levels in swashbuckler and has the Shadow blade feat, do either, both or neither get halved when I'm attacking with my off hand weapon?

If you're talking about the dex bonuses from Shadow Blade, you deal your full dex bonus with both weapons as long as you're in a Shadow Hand stance and the weapons are among Shadow Hand's preferred weapons.

It's just Strength damage that gets halved for off-hand weapons and secondary natural attacks.
