(OOC: Random sidenote for Patlin--15 looks pretty middle of the road to me. I'm not going to tell you the enemy's AC, and it might have already hit, but I'll ask if you'd like to use an action point on that? I can see how Artificers might be less likely to do so thanks to the built in extra use for APs to quicken the crazy infusions)

OOC: Well, I am thinking to try the impossible... as many impossible things seems possible with a bit of Thelanium. Kharas would take a piece of Thelanium and tries to make a one charge item that would do a mass suggestion and tries to use it against teh guard so they stop that fight and dare to listen to Anvuss and Kharas. Anyway, we are stuck in a corner and we can't flee, so it seems reasonable suggestion... I would use an AP to haste all that if it can.

(OOC: Mass Suggestion is a 6th-level spell--that would take far too long to do right now. Still, good thought. He could make a one-use item of a low-level spell very quickly though with the Thelanium)

ooc: Sure, let's use an action point on that attack roll. It's still 1d6 at level 3, right?

(OOC: Is it ever more than 1d6? I don't see why you'd ever need it to be more, since the way d20 scales, the 3.5 average covers the same number of die rolls at any level)

ooc: Yeah, at higher levels its multiple d6 and take the highest. I think the 2nd d6 is at about 8th though...
