Help Dave play some PbP/read some fine Story Hours!

Hey dudes and dudettes. As of recent, my gaming week has collapsed to me running my Gamma World d20 game once or twice a week (and keeping that story hour updated), and a Vampire: the Masquerade Sabbat game on Sunday nights. Unfortunately, part of my day requires me so spend a poopload of time in front of a computer with very, very little to do.

ENWorld does much to offset any boredom. :D

BUT! I'm noticing some rad play-by-posts, and I'm a huge fan of play-by-posts. Under normal circumstances, I'd start running one, but my Gamma World game prohibits any chance of that (and all you DMs who run games for five or more players, I SALUTE YOU).

In short, this thread is both a call to see if anyone has an extra space in their PbP for a new character, and would help a brother out -- or a place for anyone to suggest some insanely cool Story Hours to me to read as I pass the time. And yeah, I've read jonrog1's rad Dark*Matter SH, Sepulchrave II's awesome Tales of Wyre, and Piratecat's envy-inspiring Defenders of Daybreak.

Oh yeah, and thanks in advance. :heh:

Ah, then you're clearly ready to move on to Wulf's Story Hour (see sig).

To be honest, Dave_o, you won't find one more entertaining than Wulf's. If you've got time for one more, read Old One's Faded Glory. If you still have more time, check mine out.

Well, dave, I've got multiple story hours going and I promise one of the fastest update rates on the market. I try to update at least one of them at least once a week, but I usually average more like five updates per week (spread between 'em).

...and I'm still a good dozen games behind overall (not even counting the Early Years thread)!

As far as joining a PbP goes, keep an eye out on the talking the talk forum. Games start up on an irregular basis, and sometimes they don't last long, but the good ones can be very very good.
