Bard might be in PHB2 though. They said that PHB2 would introduce Primal and Psionic, not that there wouldn't be any more Arcane, Martial or Divine classes. You can have both.

They went through the first few books for 4e at DDXP and there wasn't a PHBII. There was something like a "fighter, ranger/martial" book like Sword & Fist.
