Help needed with a game prop.

Hi everyone,

In the session running tonight, my group is going to find the plans to a particularly nasty alchemical creation that is in the works. The item is not created yet, but I wanted to give the characters what could be the "blueprints" to make the item. The item I had in mind was a potion, paste, or some type of item that could be ingested, since I have the affects already planned out in my head. Any cool pdfs or jpgs that may depict something like this?

Don't know how much help this is really going to be, but:

The link will take you to one of WoTC Map-A-Week pages. At the bottom should be a blank parchment map. I usually use that and add stuff on top of it in a painting program. Brown text and pictures will look relatively old and parchmenty without too much work.

I'd use that and just add a recipe in a scratchy or scripty font. Maybe use a piece of clipart of empty bottles or something.

All depends on how much work you want to do or are capable of (with regard to access to clipart and image-editing programs).

You could try an image search on Google. I ran a search using the word "Alchemy" and turned up a bunch of neat images.
