Help with ninja/assassain build

I've got a human ninja 6/ assassain 2 wiht enough exp to be 9th level. Stats are str 12, dex 18, con 14, int 12, wis 14, cha 10. Feats are dodge, mobility, weapon fiinesse, and martial study (steel wind). I'm not sure which class or feat to take next. I'd like to eventulally get hide in plain sight, evasion, and some more tome of battle goodness. I would like to also be somewhat effective against flying opponents and non-crittable critters. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Consider Shadowdancer.

In two levels, you'll have both hide in plain sight and evasion.

At level three you'll get illusions and the ability to summon a shadow (with a fly speed) - both useful against aerial opponents.

Yeah, I had considered levels of shadowdancer, but wha telse should I do? Maybe a few levels of swordsage and warblade, and a level of dread commando.
