Help with pricing and naming this bow

Very very nice, I think that would work out very well for a future encounter. However, my medusa (CR11 thanks for 4 levels of sorc) and THREE Basilisks all got spanked by 3 level 8 heroes and a level 1 hero using a very devious tactic I will dedicate to a whole new thread. Ironically, they used deeper darkness themselves, so it is probably good I didn't end up going with this bow for the medusa (she instead used a long +1 of wounding, called The Thornbow.
On a side note, I really like that deeper darkness spell, very well done, and the bow is great, I will certainly use it later, mwa ha ha ha....
