“I think it can see us!” Sayine whispered to the bard.

Theremin nodded at the diminutive dragon's words, and shot another bolt at the the armor. Also, seeing his companion downed, he uttered melodious words from the celestial realms, that seemed to coalesce around Coriana in a mantle of light. He then moves as he reloads his crossbow, so the armor couldn't come strait at him.

Theremin’s bolt pings off the armor’s helmet, but doesn’t seem to do any damage to the rusty suit of plate. His song of healing has better luck as Coriana feels health surging back into her, bringing her back to consciousness, lying among the detritus of the old library with the rusty armor standing over her.

As Theremin moves, he tries to recall what he knows about such things. Having studied at the Academy, he’s seen his fair share of animated objects. Kelterin had a few pieces, also. He recalled that they needed to have blindsight in order to find their targets if they were to serve as protectors.

Coriana feels life surge back into her. Lying on the floor, her eyes flicker open, and she mutters, "Lord of the Deep, your blade needs you." Dark energy seems to suffuse her as she stands up, seemingly much more vigorous then her wounds would suggest.

Mindra’s rapier, unfortunately, finds one of the many rusted holes in the armor, sliding right through and doing no damage.

The armor turns to her, bringing its mighty metal fists down at the elf. The first fist slams into her, knocking her shoulder hard, but she managed to dance away from the follow up attack.
