Lots ofSo is Return to the Keep on the Borderlands. And this is Heroes of the Borderlands. You can have more than one adventure in the same location.
It's all made up anyway. There's no "reality" to the Keep on the Borderlands. It's just a new scenario, and the old scenario can still be found for those who want it.So long as it's considered a different adventure, and not a replacement that changes the past, sure.
I also believe RPG stuff is different from novels, movies, and the like, because all RPG stuff is fundamentally unfinished. It does not become "real" until it hits the table in a game, and then only for that particular campaign. Every published adventure or setting is something that might happen, not something that is set in stone. Then explain to me what you think retcons and/or remakes are.
(That's also one of the many reasons I dislike metaplot in my games.)
Goodman Games' version isn't available from their website anymore, but I bet you can still find it in other places.Well, not in 5e.
