Oh, I get them as soon as the shop gets them, even if it's before they can put them on the shelf- I have a very good relationship with the owner. I was actually the guy who talked him into taking preorders on them and was the first one to poney up! ('Course, I also got a good deal on them...)

Now THAT is the way to do it. We've got gaming shops around here, but the only ones of any real use to me around 45 minute to an hour worth of driving time...depending on time of day and traffic. Both nice places with great people, just annoyingly hard to get to from where I am.

You know, I was orginally not going to buy them, because I don't know when I will next play, but I'm in such a bad mood I think a massive RPG purchase is in order to cheer me up. I want the boxed set though.

Mine is right across the corner from the bus stop I go to after work to get home. (It sadly isn't open when I'm on my way in to work.)

But today is a day off, so I won't be going to check til tomorrow- normally they get gaming stuff on Thursday, but I've a feeling the revised books might come in before that... [hoping]

As far as I know, the closest game shop is 3 hours away. I have to rely on Waldenbooks or mail order. I miss just brwsong, ya know?

Maybe I will order the new Bab5 book.
