i have as yet to go, it just seems so odd. the wife keeps saying i have to go for the tackiness of it.

You certainly could, but I have no ideas what his powers are. You'd just need to take the Weakness: Disturbing, which covers everyone and everything that makes people go "Woah!" or "Eeeek!" when they see the character in question.

Whether I'd allow you to play him is another matter entirely...
