And once again, after months of nothing but Hivemind Implant Errors like this:

I have finally returned to the Hive, beer in hand. So what's new? What's old? What have I missed, oh ye of the interconnected implants?

As for what you have missed: a lot of mindless rambling

Things are...

Mediocre.

I'm working at the steel mill again.

Which means I make a solid middle-class wage again (that's good).

Which means I'm working 12 hour swing-shifts (that's bad)

Which means I get 3.5 days off a week (that's good)

But the place is a HOLE, morale is the pits and management is incompetent (that's bad).

But I'm back on the Scrap Crane, which means I'm off the furnace floor and the heat that comes with it (that's good)

But this is seriously cutting into my free time (that's bad)

But I managed to make time to get to Origins (that's good)

But I am working for the first day of GenCon (that's bad)

But will be going anyways (that's good)

But have to pay for airfare instead of the cheap drive down (that's bad)

And after all this bother, I'm getting laid off again September 1st (that's... good? bad? dunno...)
