I like the Constantine method best -

Step 1 : Set up ritual circle that temporarily transmutes holy water to beer.

Step 2 : Convince Devil to have a drink with you before killing you.

Step 3 : Disrupt ritual circle.

Step 4 : Profit!

well it wasn't holy water, it was some sort of anti vampire poison that she injected herself with when she knew she was losing to Angel so he would drink it with her blood....

Well, see, I don't think a water elemental is technically a valid target. (It might be, I'm away from my books and am too lazy to open the SRD.)

Besides, Sacred Vow and VOP for the elemental means it's not just holy. It's exalted, and thus it can be argued it deals more damage.

That water elemental + feats thing could work with any other critter largely made of water (OK, more watery than "bags of mostly water")...

All Water Elementals should take VoP. I mean, any stuff they have is going to get soaked and be worthless anyway. Better just to do without and get many cool perks instead.

Holy Water Elementals are native to the Ocean at the base of Mount Celestia.
