I'm also team Rhaenyra all the way. Hopefully her embracing unconventional tactics doesn't come back to bite her.. (even though we know it most certainly will)

Yeah, too many things have been going right for her in the last couple episodes since the loss of Rhaenys and Meleys. Aemond will respond somehow and Damon's story with the Rivermen is moving along so eventually she'll have to deal with him.

I'm also getting bored of the whole "Haunted by his dreams" thing, but this last episode was one of his better ones. I enjoyed watching him be humbled by the Rivermen.

Agreed. the dream thing was cool for a while but we have way gone past its runtime, time to move on.

The new riverlord paramount is pretty baller I will say, and did it absolutely right. He knew he had to establish himself opposite of Daemon to get the riverlords on board. Its "we serve the queen, and yeah her emissary is a jackass, I hate him too, but we serve the queen".

And Daemon to his credit showed a little diplomacy, and was able to walk the script to get what he needed.

I really enjoyed the final shot of our present Targaryen queen with her three dragons.

I really loathe the Daemon dreams at this point. Does anyone want more?

I thought the episode was great.
I felt that the Daemon sub-plot paid off in both the scene with viserys and with how it played out with Rivermen. Looking forward to the last episode next week.

I do not mind the Daemon dreams.
Is it the witch, is it the curse of Harrenhal, are they brought on by guilt or combination of factors?
It is all good, love the insight into the character and allows for deceased characters to make a return.

The best thing about that abysmal last/new season of Dexter was his sister tormenting him.
