How do you unsubscribe to Dragon?

On August 17, I e-mailed to customer.service at paizo and told them to cancel my subscription. Thursday, instead of getting a check for the remainder of my balance, I got issue 312.

I was going to write "cancel" on the thing and send it back, but that hasn't worked in the past. *coughreadersdigestcough*

Did I send it to the wrong address?

I've noticed the Paizo fulfillment house is slow to respond to most anything. Heck, last year it took them a month to cash a check I sent so my subscription was delayed by a couple of issues. It takes them one to two months (apparently) to make the changes, so I guess you're "check is in the mail" or just sitting on some guy's desk under a jelly doughnut and BoEF preview.
 

Well, I sent a letter on October 8th, and got a response from the CEO (!) postmarked October 13th. That's pretty awesome, especially since I was telling them I wanted to stop being their customer.

If anyone else is having trouble, I recommend writing Paizo (using real mail) at
