Not really, no. 5E is not an option. Hence me not listing it as a possibility.
The answer depends on exactly what the actual very next game is then I guess (as opposed to every possible future game). The question does say “next game” after all.

“Not sure” is an option too.

Not likely. The closest we would likely get is Cosmere and the reason is fairly simply - our games tend to focus more on social conflicts and relationships, with occasional bouts of violence (albeit usually player character initiated). It's important to me that the game still feels thoroughly like a game while supporting the social roleplay that goes on. I need there to be some actual teeth there. I also don't want a bunch of rules that almost never come up or daily resource mechanics that don't see meaningful pressure in a game where scenes can take place weeks apart from one another.

Some games we're looking at moving forward include:
  • Apocalypse Keys
  • Cosmere / The Stormlight Archive RPG
  • Saga of the Icelanders
  • Vampire

Our group is currently playing 2024 5E; 3 of us alternate as Adventurers League DMS out our FLGS. We have a group of regular players, and are just finishing up a Campaign. We will be playing Cyberpunk for a brief period as a few people take vacation, and then will return to 2024 5E. However, I am working with the FLGS to set up another TTRPG night besides the Adventurers League where I will be running various other games so people can experience more than DND—starting with Runequest 7th Edition.

I answered "Not Sure." But that's an incomplete answer. It's "Not Sure" because 1) We're not currently using 5e (PF2e Remaster for the current campaign); 2) The current campaign is FAR from over (probably another 2+ years at their current pace). 3) I'm the Forever GM, and I'm not sure the next campaign will even be Fantasy (that'll get discussed). 4) Even if it is Fantasy, I'm extremely unlikely to use 5e.

I should mention that I DID GM a multi-year 5e campaign; when I was finished I was very done with the ruleset.

Edit: On further thought, I've changed my vote. "Will be playing another game" is a better answer.

chance of D&D 5.14 or 5.24? 0%
Chance of 5e derivative? Pugmire and sequels, sure. SG-1? yes. When the corebook drops on FF XIV TT, it’s next up.

No interest in the mechanical details in Pathfinder/Starfinder. If Starfinder gets a Savage Worlds port… maybe.
realized last year (2024) that i really don’t like TSR D&D anymore… while running it.

With the right players, i might play D&D 4th… but not run it.
OSR? only Mazes and Minotaurs, and it isn’t typical BX derivative.

Starships and Spacemen 1e remains on my pickup games list, along with Og Unearthed, The Fantasy Trip, Tunnels & Trolls, and Monsters! Monsters!

WotC shenanigans in 2024 resulted in being unwilling to support them.

I remember playing Melee and then Wizard before they became the Fantasy Trip. I also played the original versions of Tunnels and Trolls and Monsters! Monsters! You have some good old school games on your list!

Well, our other DM is starting up a 5e campaign, and I'm currently running a 3e one.

I'd like to try something different, so we don't have 2 5e games going at once. Right now, I'm leaning towards C&C, because it has a good mix of old school feel, and D20-ish rules. Also, the art on the tribute cover releases rocks! Not to mention that it's billed as being easy to convert adventures from all editions of DnD to, and I have 2 of the supplimental monster books, lol. The one, Creature Codex, continues to fill me with maniacal glee, at springing some of these things on my players. (whoever their designers are, they're just as twisted as we are!)

Just to top it off, I ended up with an extra player's guide- so I have an extra for my players to use. (I got the first, thinking it was a standalone book... Later, I got a good deal on the full set of all 3 tribute cover hardbacks.)

However, I'va also just gotten my hot little hands on Dragon Bane's box set. Haven't cracked it open yet, but I like what I'm hearing. The cover art is stunning!

I also have OSE and DCC for options, but right now, I'm leaning towards one of the above.

I have heard good things about Castle and Crusades. Good luck with whatever you end up choosing!
