How the !@#$% do you apply templates?!!

Hey, if anyone could help me out on this I would appreciate it.

How do you apply templates to monsters? I can't find them anywhere. The search function is useless. The index non-existant. E-tools is one of the most user-unfriendly programs I've ever seen. I'm not a computer guy, and bought this monstrosity to help generate summoned monsters on the quick. But I can't find out how to generate a friken' celestial dog!

Help me if you can. I feel like an idiot.

Templates are not in e-tools at the moment. The best way to do it seems to be to just generate the base creature, print it out (or whatever) and manually apply the template. An extra step perhaps, but not all that difficult or time-consuming.

Perhaps in a future update we'll get templates (and prestige classes as well).

Well what you do is make a new monster using the base creature and then add the template to it.


The example of base Human and add Vampire and then when you save it you can call it Vampire Human.

So then you exit the program and restart it and then you can make a Vampire Human character.
