how to convert Fiend Lords (and other singular non-diety beings)?

right right, I'm all for going one step further in these and doing PrC's and godlike powers granted and spheres of stuff for these guys, hell it might be a bit of fun to do it too!

Similar to BoVD had for Asmodeous and stuff.

That sounds like a friggin good idea. :D

Edit: Added some color ;)

workin on it. ;)

also, i think i might just take the fiend and slaad lords out of the upgrade thread, and place them in whatever conversion thread we come up with.

here's for starters. :D

Already in the Creature Catalog, we have:
Demon (Miska the Wolf-Spider)
Demon (Queen of Chaos)
Demon Lord (Zuggtmoy)
Devil (Duke Alastor)
Devil (Duke Baalberith)
Devil (Duke Baalzephon)
Devil (Duke Caarcrinolaas)
Devil (Duke Focalor)
Devil (Duke Melchon)
Devil (Duke Zimmimar)
Devil (Princess of Hell- Baalphegor)
Devil (Princess of Hell- Glasya)
Devil: Selm (Prince of the Possessors)
Elemental (Quasi-Mineral- Crystalle)
Elemental Lord (Cryonax)
Elemental Lord (Ogremoch)
Elemental Lord (Olhydra)
Elemental Lord (Yan-C-Bin)
Modron (Primus)
Slaad Lord (Chourst)
Slaad Lord (Rennbuu)

Besides that there are, for starters:
Bitru (a Gygax devil lord from Dragon 75 that never made it into the MM2)
Amduscias, Malphas, Nergal, Bist, Caim, Lilis, Arioch, Biffant, Merodach, Alocer, Naome, Chamo, Balan, Bathym, Gaziel, Cozbi, Gorson, Herodias, Agares, Machalas, (from Dragon 75, by Ed Greenwood)
Lilith, Tartach, Bileth, Baftis, Neabaz, Barbatos, Abigor, Zepar, Bele, Adonides, Barbas, Bifrons, Bensozia, Adramalech, Phongor, Buer, Bune, Morax, Rimmon, Zagum (from Dragon 76, by Ed Greenwood)
Armaros, Azazel, Cahor, Dagon, Duskur, Kochibel, Malarea, Nisroch, Rumjal, Gargoth (From Dragon 91, by Ed Greenwood – although Gargoth appeared in the 2nd edition as Gargauth, a demigod)

Archomentals (Good) (Ben-Hadar, Chan, Sunnis, Zaaman Rul)
Eltab (Spellbound boxed set)
Kerzit (Mordenkainen’s Fantastic Adventure)

And besides demon lords, there are all sorts of other unique things out there
Various beings from old D&DG/Legends and Lore (not merely just the NPCs)
Various other Forgotten Realms beings

I’m sure there are many more to list. :)

and to keep things simple, we might as well just call these beings what they are; epic level beings.

kool!

also could we possibly conver the book from FFE demon's and devils to 3.5? Please, purty please ????!!! :D

To be honest, I'd rather that they were all kept at the level of the BoVD/BoED. That would certainly make them more usable for me. I'd also like to see them use feats etc from those books, not just from the SRD.

one thing i was thinking of doing was writing them up with OGC-only stats, then giving sort of "side-bar" suggestions on using feats and such from BovD and other books.

yes this would be good. Offer a way to say "Hey if you use BoVD substitute X for Y"

I doubt much would change from either version except for some spells and feats.
