Humorous Villains

This wasn't exactly a villain, more of an occasional nemesis. See, there was a PC who was playing a knight and he took on a squire at the request of his family. The boy was from a rising family and turned out to be brave, talented and not at all a bother like the party had feared. The problem was his mother. Specifically, his mother was every teenage boy's worst nightmare. His mother was an 18th level wizard specialized in divination spells. She liked to check up on her boy from time to time, including at some of the most inconvenient times. There was never a fight between her and the party and she didn't try to foil them or anything, but she did try to make the party's life miserable a few times when they exposed her son to something she didn't approve of. For instance, there was the time they were trying to get information at a house of ill-repute when she scried them...

I generally try to keep my villians serious in D&D, but in Mutants and Masterminds all bets are off. Some villains are serious, many are funny.
