Any info on how ole Moldy is coming back if at all?
Do you mean Orcus? I haven't read much if anything about him. Though I've only finished the first two "real" chapters (Crown Wars and God-Kings of the East)
Does it relate at all to Lolth's Silence?
Not really. There is a band of Drow in an adventure site though, who want to find imaskari magic (who they heard was able to mess with the gods even) to get behind the Silence
Regarding the former Dark Twosome, Bhaal's followers, any mention of the Bhaalspawn?
Yes, as has been said: they get one sentence (something among the lines of "Bhaal left behind a small army of mortal Descendants who try to get his power")

Myrkul, any chance he might come back?[/QUOTE]
Nothing in the book about it so far, though it isn't really the right book for it. With stuff like the Horned Harbinger from other books, there is always the chance of him returning.

What are the requirements for the Olin Gisir? Are they the same or similar to the Loremaster? I have a sun elf diviner that is heading towards Loremaster, but Olin Gisir sounds like it would fit better.
Elf/Half-elf
Concentration 8, Know (arcana) 10, Know (his) 10
Iron will, two metamagic feats
3rd level arcane spells
Abjuration may not be prohibited.
The class is somewhere between diviner and abjurer with its abilities (to find the secrets, and, in the case of awakened fiends, hold them at bay)

How much of a description does Chessenta get?
Not much. Chessenta is only 400 years old, and still exists, so it doesn't really qualify as an old empire. It is mentioned, though. Their hero Tchazzar, the red dragon who won their worship for freeing them from Unther 400 years ago, is one of the fallen gods (he became a deity, but was devoured by Tiamat) who is still worshipped by many Chessentans (they need the Servant of the Fallen feat, though).
It also gets a couple of lines in the God-Kings Timeline, and a short paragraph as heir to the old empires.
How specific does the history of Myth Drannor get; what does the book describe as the source of its fall?
Again, I haven't read it, but it does get its own chapter. In the paragraph "The Fall", the loss of Coronal Eltargrim, Aravae Irithyl, the Srinshee, and the Crownblade, were managed as the beginning of the end: The Coucil of Twelve who assumed leadership of Cormanthyr was prone to infighting and thus destabilized the realm. These were only the first of several reasons for the decline of Myth Drannor. The final blow was the Weeping war.
How well is the connection between Amaunator and Lathander explored? Does the Sunmaster have to be good?
As far as I've read, not far. It's said that the Sunmasters claim Lathander to be the reincarnation of Amaunator, but he hasn't commented on this.
Sunmasters don't have to be good, but they must be (any) lawful. Technically, their patron deity is Amaunator (via the Servant of the Fallen feat, which allows you to worship dead deities and get spells out of that, as well as avoiding the fate of the faithless).
What are the new magic items (besides the sceptres and the artifacts) like, if there are any?
It has weapon special abilities (two - the psionic "power leech" and sending), 4 secific weapons, 3 rings, 2 staffs, 16 wondrous items (including the elven memory stones called Telkiira)
Are there any interesting new spells?
There are a couple: ebon ray of doom, a spell that impedes magical healing on the target; srinshee's spell shift, a spell that gives you more options for counterspelling (like letting that fireball go off - right at the feet of the caster); stormshield, a spell that absorbs spells dealing electricity damage; and crushing sphere, a force spell that captures and crushes creature. All in all about two dozen spells.

Do they detail any extant Imaskari? Do they detail Halaster's link to Imaskar?
They mention Deep Imaskar (from Underdark). Halaster isn't mentioned.

Would you tell me something about Spell Reprieve, Item Reprieve and Multilingual please?
And what is the feat Jergal’s Pact? I like this guy a lot! Thank you again!
Spell reprieve and item reprieve loosen the probition on your prohibited school. Spell reprieve grants you access to one spell, item reprieve lets you use magic items of one school.
Multilingual (1st-level only) gives you more languages and speak language is a class skill for you.
