I have not purchased a gaming book of any kind in over a year

I am in the army, and I don't know about others, but I can't find a real group to save my life. That might jsut be Fort Stewart, though, as when I was in Kosovo (Thullgrim, if what you mean by K-4 you meant KFOR, standing for Kosovo Force, then I was a part of that) I had plent yof people to play D&D with. Too bad they were all from a different base :( I guess it is all on where you are stationed.

Heh... that'll be my luck. Nobody to roleplay with...

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I might go on a shopping spree now then. :p

Actually, I've been interested in getting Epic Level Handbook, MMII, Monsters of Faerun, and those Recon Chessex Dice :)

ELH is alright. I would recommend MM2 and MoF.

Oh and chessex are always a good buy.

Aaron.

Let's see, the last time I bought a sourcebook was....umm yesterday when I bought Mutants and Masterminds on Ebay.
Heh, I love books and will read them even if I'm not currently playing that game.

Chauzu, yeah it sucks. I haven't really roleplayed more than a one nighter every here and there for the past year and a half. The last real game I participated in WAS in Kosovo.

Hmm... well, there's always PbP... even though its slower...

I don't NEED any more D&D material...but every now and then, I get that 'IT MUST BE MINE!' feeling. I've slowed on buying WOTC products, though, mostly because they've stopped putting out stuff that I'm as interested in.

Right now, my favorites are Malhavoc, BadAxe, Kenzer and a smattering of others. It all depends on what happens to intrigue me at the moment. New stuff is GOOD(tm).

(Of course, being unemployed for a year certainly slows your acquisition speed :))
