Level Up (A5E) I still haven't got my Mythological Monsters pdf (or the Zeitgeist pdf, if that's been released). What do I do?

I have the receipt from Kickstarter that I bought it (and Zeitgeist), but AFAICT the funds haven't been deducted and I haven't received it. And then I got that email about backerkit and I may have doubled-ordered because I'm dumb and didn't understand how it worked? But in either case, I haven't gotten either of those books.

I replied to your reply on Kickstarter, but to reiterate (in case you see this sooner), I have the confirmation that I have Archmage + Mythological Figures + Adventures in Zeitgeist. However, I just noticed that it says "estimated delivery March 2022." I still have to wait for the other pdfs? I knew there was a delay on Zeitgeist, but I thought since I got the Archmage stuff now, I'd also get Mythological Figures now.

So as I replied to you on Kickstarter you pledged £137 for the Archmage tier on Kickstarter, which would be the £120 for the tier plus shipping.

My best guess is that maybe you separately pre-ordered Mythological Figures and ZEITGEIST on Backerkit? If so, that's a separate thing, nothing to do with the Kickstarter pledge. The Backerkit pre-order store will be open for about 3 weeks, and then we'll charge everybody's cards and send out any PDFs. That's my best guess based on the info available!

I updated right after I realized that Archmage didn’t have the other two books.

Last I know about, I’ve only been charged £137 for Archmage and shipping, not the full £177.

Yeah, all we have at this end is the £137 for the original pledge. Looks like that later change didn't take, as it's not showing up anywhere.

(The March 2022 is because it contains physical books).

My suggestion would be to use Backerkit now to manage your pledge and add the extras. You should have an email from Backerkit.

@Faolyn I made exactly the same order as you, and already have my pdf copy of Mythological Figures. I'll have to wait for Zeitgeist, but that's supposed to come in a few months.

Ah, so here's my guess based on that -- you had the add ons added in Kickstarter, you got the email from Backerkit for the pledge manager (which imports your Kickstarter order, asks for your shipping details, and lets you adjust your pledge), and you went to the pledge manager and removed the add-ons. Sound possible?
