I can do that. Must be pretty important.” He was a little less enthused with the verbal message he was given to tell the scion of a dragonmarked house. It seemed a little rude, but he figured they wouldn’t shoot the messenger, so he took the folded letter from Alara.

The closest thing to a healer in Lower Tavick’s Landing is in the Dragoneyes district, a young male human sawbones named Vorj Wrighten (Commoner Expert L1. Healer’s feat) serves the many brothels and bordellos in the red light district. He does not have Jorasco affiliation (possibly inferior service, cheap). (30 minutes away by foot, 15 minutes/2cp by Orien carriage, 5 minutes/2sp by flight).
For Jorasco approved healing (standard service, book prices), there is an herbalist in Lower Northedge, North Market, The Bountiful Blossom, a young female half orc Kuli Thalish (Magewright Expert L1, Herbalism kit. Potions of Healing for sale). 90 minutes on foot, 45 minutes/2cp by Orien carriage, 15 minutes/2sp by flight.
In the Deathsgate district in Middle Tavick’s Landing is the nearest full service Jorasco House of Healing (Deathsgate district is one of the two districts that caters to adventurers). You can get mundane healing, potions, and magical healing here. If you can pay for it. (Book prices, service cost per level of NPC you want.)

Tavick’s Market in Middle Tavick’s Landing. Blissful Bounty Wellness Clinic caters to the upper middle class social climbers. It is run by an older female half-elf named Mahyama Omadi (Magewright Expert 3). Besides having healers on staff, the clinic also has magewrights adept in providing magical enhancements to a patron’s body for all one’s beauty needs. (healer magewrights, magewrights with disguise self, alter self, disguise kit proficiency). Jorasco approved, costs more, but superb care by a team. 2 hours by foot, 1 hour/2 cp by Orien carriage, 20 minutes/2sp by flying)
