No, it got him...

Zeke quickly meanders into combat shocking the injured kobold who drops to one knee briefly before staggering back to his feet, the kobolds eyes glaze over he is not long for this world.

If you puncture both lungs your hit points drop to 0 and you immediately begin dying. And rolling a 1 on his save kobold dies leaving only gigglez

The frost shimmers in the air around the Kobold as it falls to the floor and shatters. The sound of combat fades all that can be heard now is the maniacal laughter of the kobold rolling on the floor.

Hrgach walked over to the unconscious minotaur and dropped his pack, digging around inside for his healer’s kit. “Looks like they got his lung,” he reported as he started to treat Galdar’s wounds. “I can’t stop the bleeding.”
