Asha still shaken by the dark rider remains silent. She had feared the Heralds had found her. She barely escaped them a year ago. For the last five years she had been running always just a few steps ahead of them. At some point they would send someone like this rider. She feared that day.

Asha looked up from her thoughts as the ferry bumped into the bock on the other side. She took in the town as the disembarked. At the mention of the inn she sighed. A bed was something she craved right now.

“Insistent or not, you can still say no. With a sword, if you need to.” Hrgach watched as Ana threw the chicken foot into the lake as the ferry pulls up, manned by a little girl, who seemed frightened of the big minotaur until they name-dropped William. She told them a bit about the monster attacks.

“I only have fourteen silver,” the hobgoblin told the girl. “That’s the last of my coin. At least until I sell this.” He kicked the crage

Once they reached the town, they were hailed by what looked like the town guard, who pointed the way to the inn. “Let’s get rooms and some shut eye. We can start hunting down buyers in the morning,” he said.

The girl looks to Hrgach at the mention of silver she had completely forgotten about payment given all the commotion."Ah yes payment" she says curtly.
Graan steps forward and grabs two gold coins from his belt pouch and empties them into the girls hand. Turning to the party Graan gives a nod and wanders off towards the outskirts of the Hamlet.

Hrgach shrugged. “Thanks, Graan,” he said. They still owed the orc for selling them out to William, though. The hobgoblin wouldn’t forget that!

“Take care of yourself, kid,” Hrgach said, hefting his crate again. “Be careful.” He followed after the orc, lugging his crate.

A slit in the doorway opens and the sharp metal tip of a crossbow bolt can be seen poking through it."I got room's provided your no beast, hold up your finger."
