"Sure, it's your back," Ana says as she place a crate on top of the crate Graan is carrying. "I've got your crate right here, Gheedon."

Gheedon laughs. Graan carries the crates a few feet before pushing them instead.

"You hired guards, not porters."

 

[Azurewraith]

"And you would be guarding the cargo you are carrying".

"Not effectively. Can't hold a weapon and a crate. If something sudden happens, do you want crates being dropped and scattered about?

Gheedon looks utterly horrified by this comment.

"So maybe you should carry a crate so that won't happen to all the crates."

"Of course if you'd brought some sort of harness that would allow us to carry the crates on our backs, our arms would be freer for any fighting that may come up."

Ana looks each of the guards in the eye and says, "Gheedon, you hired guards, not porters. If you want us to do both jobs, I think you should be paying for both jobs. 150 gp for each of us. Now, I realize that's a bit steep for porters. But," she purposefully look away to the left and then away to right, "I don't think you are going to find any other porters nearby."
