OOC: Here is what initiative looks like Asha Galdar Balin Mobs Hrgach Ana Ill be mixing the way combat works a tad and running it in groups(stolen from a game I'm playing in shameless I know) So group A are those that beat the mobs ini in this case Asha Galdar Balin. Then group B goes this will always be the mobs. Then finally Group C will go after the Mobs in this Case Hrgach and Ana. Currently group A will have suprise on their side granting Advantage.
