Armides Diat, Inquisitor of Asmodeus

[section]
Armides maintains position. "May the barbs of fiends pierce your flesh and cause you burning torment." Having called down the justice of fiends upon the Warden and his supporters he lets fire with the bow. Again, to Armides' annoyance, it looks like his enemy's armor is too thick and the arrow is deflected from the rings of the guard's mail.

Note: Same map as previous post.
[sblock=OOC]Swift: call Judgement of Justice (+1 to attack rolls)
Standard: fire bow bow vs guard1 (1d20+5=15). Note: I neglected to add Point Blank Shot to the roll which means he would hit an AC 16. The guards FF AC was 16, not sure if it is better now that they aren't flat-footed. Damage (just in case): dmg w/ PBS (1d8+1=4)[/sblock]

Guard3 steps back from the doorway to the south and blows one long blast on his signal horn.

OOC: New map is here. Silhouette is unable to discern what spell the Warden cast. After firing it, Armides determines that the bow is a composite longbow (+3 Str).

Vordahl takes another step forward, unable to easily get to the Warden who has cover from the wall, he continues his assault on the fleeing guard, landing a brutal attack as the guard ducks away from Grumblejack and Armides attacks. Realizing his advantage is about to be lost, he releases his grip on the polearm as he cuts into him and draws Blackerly's Sword.

[sblock=OOC]I'm afraid I've lost whose turn it is. I think it's Silhouette's turn but if you could verify, Tailspinner, it would be very helpful. Thanks.[/sblock]

(OOC - Sorry, I was waiting for 'Skalis' to go. Is that Vordahl's last name or something? :))

Silhouette gritted her teeth. No one was covering the Warden! A single spell could turn the tide of this entire battle!

"Grumblejack, get closer to the Warden," she called to the ogre. "Make sure he can't get out of your reach!"

She watched the old man carefully, ready to quickly cast a destructive spell to try to distract him from his next casting.

(Delaying action to interrupt his action. She'll cast Acid Splash on him. For brevity I will post her attack roll and damage now.)

[roll0] ranged touch for [roll1] acid damage.

Round 1 - Wrapup

The warden steps back and casts a spell.

Grumblejack steps up and hits the warden with a smash attack (6 damage).

Guard1 steps back away from his attacker not realizing how close the ogre was.

Vordahl takes another step forward, unable to easily get to the Warden who has cover from the wall, he continues his assault on the fleeing guard, landing a brutal attack as the guard ducks away from Grumblejack and Armides attacks. The poor guard slumps to the floor, blood gushing from his wounds. Realizing his advantage is about to be lost, he releases his grip on the polearm as he cuts into him and draws Blackerly's Sword.

Guard2 swings at Vordahl (21,6).

Asseni steps forward a step presenting his holy symbol and channels evil. This washes over the former prisoners with a healing effect (heal 3 damage). It also washes over the warden and guards with a nauseating effect. It appears that both of the guards are effected this time.

Status:
Warden: -12
Guard1: down
Guard2: healthy
Guard3: healthy

OOC: For the guard attack that is 21 to hit and 6 damage. You keep up with your own damage. Also if it did hit then the channel evil from Asseni will help heal part of it.
