Vordahl studies the map for a moment. "Looks like this will be handy. Everyone left is up high. Scattered about. If we could get past the gate, they wouldn't be able to catch us. And they'd survive. We'd just have to kill the men on the other side of the bridge" Vordahl heads to have a look in Blackerly's quarters. "Personally, I want to kill them all and leave their heads on spikes."

"I quite understand that sentiment," murmurs Armides. While Vordahl is satisfied with a cursory search Armides takes a bit more time at it doing a thorough search of the office.

While Vordahl is satisfied with a cursory search Armides takes a bit more time at it doing a thorough search of the office.

After searching through the papers and taking some time to read through them, Armides finds ample proof that Sergeant Blackerly was stealing from the prison.

Silhouette is careful to make sure the signal horns are NOT locked up in the storage room with the prisoners...moving them out before locking them in. As such, she's a little late to the party in Blackerly's office. The map gets her immediate attention.

"No obvious way out of the keep other than the front gates," she muses. "Still, if we're in guard uniforms, escorting two people in prisoner rags and Grumblejack, we might get to the gatehouse without raising an alarm. Then we just wipe out the opposition in the gatehouse, and make our break down the bridge. Yes. Yes, this wil work."

Armides laughs and shakes his head as he reads the papers. He slaps them down on the desk when finished putting the incriminating papers on top.

"Good ol' Blackerly wasn't quite the saint. Stealing from the government, indeed." He shakes his head and looks around for his companions. "Find anything in there, Vordahl?" Turning to Silhouette he continues, "This will work? Does your plan include a visit to the Warden's tower?"

"Hm?" She looks at Armides, then at the papers in his hands. "Hmm..."

"If you want to kill the Warden, I applaud the sentiment...but I wonder if there may be other uses for him. Was there any indication in these records that the Warden knew of the thefts? Or was involved in them? I wouldn't mind having him in my back pocket, just in case..."

"Stealing, eh?" Vordahl flips the mattress as he begins an in-depth search of the room. Whatever Blackerly had stolen, it would prove a suitable reward for him bringing the scoundrel to the justice of the sword.

[sblock=Action]
Vordahl is a little more methodical now, searching under the mattress and bed, then the wardrobe and the clothing inside, he'll check the table as well if there are drawers.
