D&D General If the Alignment system itself had an Alignment, what Alignment would it be?

So many Alignment threads - intentional or otherwise. Let’s take it to the next level.

Lawful Evil, obviously.

Lawful Neutral.

It isn't out-and-out evil because it's not intentionally trying to cause harm-- but harm can certainly come out of it. So it's not Good and it's not Evil, it can go either way.

And it's Lawful because it is a set format that doesn't have flux or allow for variation. There's a format and an organization to it.

I think it's Chaotic Lawful. Because it's a very confused and inconsistent attempt to apply inflexible rules and categories.

It's not concerned about the consequences as long as you follow the premises, especially when the consequences clearly don't serve the intent. It's blindly naive, not evil.
