I like the Thief Acrobat from Song & Silence.

If you are magically talented, the Arcane Trickster - my personal favorite - is a really good PrC.

But all in all, just keeping with the Rogue core class isn't a bad idea either, as you gain quite some nice abilities beyond 10th level!

What's the character concept? Rogues can go a thousand different ways. If you can say what you are looking for people may be able to help you.

Don't bother looking for a prestige class. Rogues are so cool and effective that prestige classes slow them down.

Personally, one of my favorite prestige classes that I love to see my players take is the Ghostwalker. It's an awesome concept, but it also requires a solid character concept. Most prestige classes just need to fit your character, but in the case of the Ghostwalker, your character needs to fit the prestige class. Few people select it as a class because it's just not their character type, but it's damn slick and innovative.
