Improved Precise Shot worth taking for a Warlock?

Thanks for the feedback.

Another question about Empower and Maximize SLA, if I'm using Vitriolic Blast at 11th level, would that prevent me from using either or both of those feats? What about Quicken SLA? I'm still a bit confused about the limitations of these feats.

Vitriolic blast changes your eldritch blast's effective spell level to 6th level. You can use Empower and Maximize SLA on spell-like abilities which have a level no greater than (your effective caster level/2-2), which is in this case 11/2-2 = 3. So, no, you cannot Empower or Maximize a vitriolic blast until you are 16th level. Quicken is even more restrictive (level/2-4), so you wouldn't be able to Quicken the vitriolic blast until 20th level.

Touch AC bonuses don't go up anywhere near as quickly with CR as other forms of AC, so your eldritch blast has little chance of missing due to AC at higher levels - but a 20% miss chance for concealment is always a 20% miss chance for concealment. That being the case, anything which lets you ignore concealment is very valuable. Likewise the ability to fire into grapples.

I'm not sure it's worth taking both Maximise and Empower, and if you do, make sure you take Maximise first, as it provides a greater benefit. At higher levels (once you can take Greater invocations), the Extra Invocation feat is very well worth considering, as an additional Lesser invocation is good value for a feat.
