In case you didn't know: The WotC community is FREE

your saving it and archiving it though telephones don't do that.. yes I know I'm asking you to implicitely, actually I'm a community supporter, I'm paying you to :) As I said no court would ever listen to the case, just sayin'

Wow! What a can of worms.

I'll just clarify my point with this: By "free," I meant "does not cost you any money."

Unless, of course, you think you are giving money to WotC by providing them with commercially valuable content. In which case, I caveat with "so long as you do not post commercially valuable content, which, of course, you are under no obligation to do."

(As for those whose gripe is that the new forums aren't as easy to use or feature-rich as the old ones, well, I won't argue. It's a work in progress, and they are making progress. The other community features, though--personal pages and blogs, groups and wikis, etc.--are pretty sweet.)

The train has derailed :)

When I use Wotc community stuff for my boards I use it in portuguese, so I'm almost sure noboby is going to steal my campaign ideas.

In fact, I wish Wotc start stealing people's fluff instead of using their usual stuff

WotC repeatedly nuked their boards, and pissed off previous editions users by sending us into a ghetto at the bottom of the main page.
The last ****-up was more than I could take, and so I've stopped posting there. I now mostly post on GitP, and if threads on this site take my fancy, here.
Good riddance to bad community management.

I don't post anything to WOTcC and have not in a very very long time.

Free seems rather expensive fore the service they provide.

Another thing I have noticed about the new WotC chat - CCG players have taken over. Before the Great Chat Crash, RPGs ruled the roost. Now the card game players run rampant. I have about as much interest in CCGs as I do 4e, so there is little of interest there, anymore.

*blinks*

Are you serious?

RPGs have NEVER been the heaviest traffic area in WOTC forum. That has ALWAYS been M:TG.

Perhaps in the forums, yes, but the chats had an RPG skew. Granted, there was more traffic, back then, so multiple rooms had participants. Now everyone seems to gather in one room.
